What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, and any phone number, company, project details, budget and timeline you choose to share.
- Appy AI and the estimator. Messages you type into the chat, the estimator description box and the idea-to-app box are sent to our server to generate a reply. We do not ask for, and you should not enter, sensitive personal information there.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our servers receive your IP address and browser details. We use the IP address to limit abuse (rate limiting) and do not use it to identify you.
- Preferences on your device. We store your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals or quotes you ask for.
- To answer questions through Appy AI and to sort enquiries so the right person replies.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information.
Services that process data for us
- Resend delivers contact form emails to our inbox.
- Anthropic provides the AI model behind Appy AI, the estimator, idea-to-app and enquiry sorting. Text you enter in those features, and the contents of contact form enquiries, are sent to Anthropic to generate a response.
- Google Maps shows our office map on the contact page and may set its own cookies when the map loads.
- WhatsApp handles chats you start with us using the WhatsApp links.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for {{DATA_RETENTION_PERIOD}}, or longer if we go on to work together. Chat messages are not stored by this website after a reply is sent.
Your choices and rights
